Ryan Martin Bradshaw is a 15-year-old Slovak-Australian pianist living in Bratislava and Vienna. He has been playing the piano since he was 7 years old. In February 2021 as only 14 years old, he became the youngest residential soloist /Artist in residence/ of the Slovak Symphony Radio Orchestra.

Since 2016, he has been a student of the Vienna “Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst” in the piano class of prof. Vladimir Kharin for exceptionally gifted children, where he got the unique opportunity to play for Martha Argerich. Ryan was also chosen to play at the famous Vienna Konzerthaus Mozart Hall during the public master class with Lang Lang.

Ryan is a laureate of 19 international piano competitions. This year he was a laureate of Ettlingen Piano competition /5the prize/ in Germany, in 2021 he won the first prize at Concertino Praga in 2021, and became the winner of the Virtuosos V4 + Croatia for Slovakia with supejuror Maestro Placido Domingo. In March2021, Czech Radio released his first profile CD for the 1st prize at the Concertino Praga competition. Just in 2019 Ryan as the youngest contestant won 3 prizes at the prestigious international Piano Competition in Aarhus Denmark /public prize, Carl Nielsen prize and second prize/. He won also the first prize at the Vladimir Krainev piano Competition in Moscow, first prize at the Chopin piano competition for youth in Poland Szafarnia and became the Golden Nutcracker at the international televised music competition in Moscow. Ryan was also awarded a special prize from the Tchaikovsky Conservatory to hold concerts in their halls and he was awarded the EMCY prize. Ryan was also laureate in competitions such as Franz Liszt International Piano Competition in Weimar Germany, Béla Bartok in Graz Austria, piano competiton in Enschede Netherlands, Young Virtuoso in Sofia, Young Virtuosi in Zagreb Croatia, Mihaela Ursuleasa in Bucharest Romania, Peter Toperczer in Košice Slovakia, Amadeus in Brno Czech Republic and Henle Verlag in Germany, etc

Ryan had his first performance with orchestra at the age of 8. Since then, he performed numerous times with famous orchestras such as Russian Philharmonics under Vladimir Spivakov, Slovak Symphonic Radio Orchestra under Ondrej Lenard, Czech Radio Orchestra under Alexander Liebreich and Pavel Popelka, with Lodz Philharmonic in Poland, Slovak Sinfonieta in Bielsko Biala Poland, etc. He performed in famous halls such as Musikverein Glass Hall and Brahms saal, Great Tchaikovsky hall Moscow, Svetlanov Hall in Moscow, Rudolfinum Dvorak Hall in Prague, Mozart Hall in Vienna Konzerthaus, Salzburg Mozarteum, Slovak Philharmony Reduta, Franz Liszt Academy in Budapest, Musikhuset in Aarhus, Casino Bern, etc.

Ryan is regularly invited to play in various music festival such as Bratislava Music Festival BHS, Copenhagen summer festival, Smetana Festival in Litomysl, International Music Festival in Cesky Krumlov, Schubertiade in Roskilde, Arsonore in Graz, Philadelphia Music Festival, Mozart Festival in Roveretto Italy etc.

Ryan attended in the past master classes with famous professors like Anna Malikova, Tamás Ungár, Grigory Gruzman, Markus Schirmer, Anna Gorecka, etc.
