Emily Wu

Emily Wu was born in California and began her piano studies in Taiwan. At age 15, she was admitted to the Colburn Music Academy in Los Angeles, studying with Fabio Bidini, and later continued at the Colburn Conservatory of Music.

She has performed at major venues including the Taiwan National Concert Hall and Walt Disney Concert Hall, and won the Concerto Competition at the Festival Internacional de Piano de Málaga, appearing as a soloist with the Málaga Symphony Orchestra. She made appearances in various competitions, including the Aarhus International Piano Competition for Young Pianists and the National Chopin Piano Competition in Miami.

Recently, Emily was invited by Fazioli Pianoforti to present a solo recital at the NAMM Show, one of the world’s leading music trade exhibitions, with Paolo Fazioli and prominent industry figures in attendance.
