Jessie Soolim Lee is a pianist currently pursuing a Bachelor of Music degree in Piano Performance at the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music, where she studies with Professor Dinara Klinton. She previously studied with Professor Gregory Sioles and has participated in masterclasses with distinguished artists including Alexander Korsantia and Robert McDonald. Jessie has developed a strong artistic identity characterized by expressive depth, tonal sensitivity, and a thoughtful approach to musical structure. Her repertoire spans a wide range of styles, with particular focus on Romantic and early modern works. Recent performances include works by Beethoven, Schumann, Ravel, and Clara Schumann. She has been accepted to competitive summer programs such as the Rebecca Penneys Piano Festival and PianoTexas International Academy & Festival, where she has continued to refine her artistry in intensive performance settings. Jessie is deeply committed to further developing her musical voice, with a growing emphasis on large-scale structure, harmonic awareness, and interpretive clarity. She plans to pursue graduate studies with a focus on performance at the highest level.
