Dr. Wen has performed as a solo artist and a collaborative pianist throughout the United States and China. Her notable performances included recitals and concerts at Carnegie Hall in New York City, Tsai Performance Center in Boston, and National Grand Theatre in China.

She has been invited to many music festivals and fascinated her audiences as a soloist including Beijing International Music Festival (2009), Music Fest Perugia (2012) and Puerto Rico International Music Festival(2017).

She is currently the music program director at Vivo Professional Music School, responsible for organizing piano lessons, coordinating semester recitals, giving lecture recitals and designing musical theatre summer camp. Her students' achievements include First prize in Best Mozart Performance of the Great composer competition, Third place winner of American Protégé Music Talent Competition, completing ABRSM grade 8 in Distinction mark, etc.
